Mikey's at Fox Valley is a one-of-a-kind culinary establishment with a menu inspired by the idea of simple and honest cooking. Michael Lee, owner of proprietary restaurant Mikey's Grill in Inverness, wanted to go back to his roots and re-open a cultural gem in Maylene, Alabama. Starting in 2019, we developed a unique dining experience for all of our guests using fresh and unique ingredients—taking you on a culinary journey like no other into the world of Creole and Cajun cuisine.
